This is the story of a king who was a fancier. He had great collections in his palace and took pride in them. One day another king from the neighboring kingdom gifted him a pair of rare breed of eaglets. The kind was very elated. He handed them over to a trainer and assigned him the taso know k to take care of the two eaglets well and to train them well.
Soon after he totally forgot about them in his busy schedule until one day when he remembered and wanted to go check on them personally. He had his own expectations from them. He enquired the caretaker about them and he was very glad to know they had grown up well. He asked the trainer to signal the birds to fly. When he did to the kings dismay he saw one eaglet flying and soaring high while the other eaglet always flied to aand came back and flew back to a branch and perched there,
The king was very astonished at this. He asked the trainer how is it that being of the same breed and similar in everything this difference in flying is found to which the trainer had no answer.
The king then announced in his kingdom that anybody who flew the second eaglet to a great heights and helps him fly will be rewarded well.
Lot of people came and tried their hands but to no avail. On a fine day the king was told that the second eagle had started flying now. He was very happy to hear and asked the trainer how this happened to which he was told that a farmer had managed to do this
The king called on the farmer and showered him with gifts as promised. He asked him the secret to his success in getting the eagle to fly to which the farmer innocently replied " I am not an expert at anything or not that i know about birds much. I am a simple farmer. All i did was to cut off the branch of the tree on which the eagle used to perch n that forced him to get out of  his comfort zone and fly."
We are like this in our lives. Very often we are comfortable with things as is in our life and we are unwilling to take risk in life. Actually that small risk, that small risk, that small fly from comfort zone is all that is needed to take us soaring into success,

So lets check ourselves for our comfort zone status and work on it to get our true potential out .

Its comfortable to stay in a comfort zone but there will not be any growth in it.
