Get out of comfort zone

Once, there lived a group of vultures in the abundance of a thick forest. The vultures used to fly around in flocks in large groups of 100-150.  One day, they ended up finding an island where they found a lot of food and a very favorable condition to live in. There were a lot of fishes, seagulls, frogs and all that the vultures could imagine. The island was very beautiful as well. The group of vultures got further assured that there is no other animal above them to hunt them down. So all of them desired to stay on the island. The youngsters among the pack were certain that they would stay on the island forever.

A fews passed by, an old vulture observed that the other vultures are slowly losing their skills; they are no longer being challenged to use their potential, they merely fly. The old vulture summoned every other vulture and shared his thoughts. The old vulture said that they all should go back to the forest and hunt their prey and fly up like they used to be than to live by just eating and losing on their true skills. The young vultures who earlier decided to stay in the island forever quickly disagreed with the old vulture and said the old vulture has lost his mind as he is too old. The other vultures found the old vulture's thoughts genuine and they agreed. The old vulture said they will be flying back to the forest so anyone can join them. The young vultures stayed back and the rest left to the old forest.

Weeks passed. The vultures who returned to the forest from the island wanted to know how the rest are doing back in the island. So they decided to pay a visit to them. Upon reaching the island the vultures were shocked to find the corpus of the vultures and only a few among the pack were left and even they were wounded. The vultures wanted to know what happened on the island. One among the wounded spoke about the mishap. A ship anchored near the island and in the ship were cheetahs and the cheetahs were set free on the island. The cheetahs' initially didn't attack the vultures but soon they discovered that we are overweight and cannot move quickly or fly away.So they began to feast on us and most of us ended up as meals to the cheetahs' and the remaining are injured as you can see. We made a mistake by choosing to stay.

We must challenge ourselves to become a better version of us

The challenge is never physical Once there was a boy named Kuttoos. Kuttoos was a little boy who was so fond of animals and he always wanted a puppy. Kuttoos approached his parents and said he wanted to have a puppy, to which his parents didn't agree. Kuttoos was desperate to have a puppy, his little heart figured out a way. He took his piggy bank and pulled out all the money he had saved, which was roughly 1000 rupees. Kuttoos sneaked out of the house with the money and went to a pet shop. The shop had puppies at quite a high price. Kuttoos approached the owner of the shop and told him about his savings and his determined to have a puppy. The owner told him that the puppies in the shop are too expensive and the boy will not be able to afford them. The boy walked along side of the owner and was watching the puppies in each of the kennel and he happened to notice one puppy among all.  When all the puppies were running and playing around, this one wasn't moving. Saumitran's father was tired of his habits and wanted to fix the situation.  Saumitran's spendthrift ways didnt suit his family's income and financial status. His family made their bread and butter out of baking business.  One day, as usual, the boy asked money from his father to which his father advised him against spending too much. Saumitran was offended by his father's words. The father thought for a while and told Saumitran,  " All i want you to do is to bring me one rupee at the end of the day, everyday." Saumitran was a bit intrigued but he agreed as he believed that 1 rupee a day is not a big thing.  Day one, Saumitran forgot to bring his father the money. However, when his father asked him for the money, he borrowed the one rupee from his mother and give it to his father.
