Never ending search for something that doesn't exist costs us the happiness of our life

Raman & Krishnan were two mischievous classmates and neighbours. One day while the class was going on, Raman noticed a few goats near the school, and that rand a bell in him.
Raman said he had a plan to do something which will result in a day off for the school. Krishnan was curious to know about Raman's plan. The school ended for the day and the boys were up executing their plan. Raman said the goats must be moved to the school. Krishnan was curious as to how it will result in a day off for the school..It may buy them some time before the school starts, that should be about it.
Raman said he I was confident about the plan. So, Krishna trusted his friend and followed his path. Once the goats were in the school, Raman revealed the second part of his plan to Krishnan. Raman and krishnan marked the goats with numbers from 1 to 10 but here was the catch -  number '3' and number '7' were not marked on the goats.
Krishnan still doubted the plan however Raman was sure about his plan. The next day saw chaos in the school. Everybody was troubled with the mess in the school and soon they realized that the goats were numbered. However, goat number '3' and goat number '7' are missing! As expected everyone started searching for the missing goats which were never found and day off was declared for the school to find the goats!

Many a times our problems are like the goats with numbers '3' and '7' it does't exsist and we take time and pain to figure it out but,  we reach nowhere, and our efforts - all wasted.

He had a tough time at his work place. Everyday, the employee on his way to and from his office, watched the blind beggar. One day he saw the begger with a note saying 'I am Blind'. The employee walked up to the begger and made a small change in the note and carried on with his day.  At the end of the day, on his way back from office the employee  was curious to know if his small change in the note made any difference to the beggar. As he neared the place, the begger recognized the employee with his foot steps and said  " I understand you are the one who cam...

World moves on without you: There lived a teacher in a small village. He had a wife, a son who was doing his higher studies and daughter who was ready to get married. He was living a contented life when a thought came to his mind that totally disturbed his peaceful existence.  He suddenly thought that he was the reason the whole family was happy. He felt that things wouldn’t be the same for them in his absence. This thought bred in him and over a few days turned into an ego in himself. One day when he was introspecting himself as a teacher he realized that he had become egoistic but it was already late as the ego had got the better of him already. At around the same time, a yogi arrived in the village and coincidentally he was speaking about controlling ones egos and vices. The yogi said that the world remains the same although many have come and left before this and continue to do so. After the talk, the teacher approached the yogi and confesses to him that hes already suffering w...
